FAST-TRACK Pre-License 75-Hr Package (LIVE – ZOOM) — Summer 2026
“Fast-Track” Course with Award-Winning Instructor
This will register you for the LIVE ONLINE (ZOOM) version of the 15-hour Pre-License Course AND the 60-hour Pre-License Course, taught as a 75-hour package, scheduled to begin on June 15, 2026 and concluding on June 27, 2026. This package will satisfy the complete 75-hour State of Illinois requirement. Note: To receive proper credit for attending the course, students *MUST* have a webcam on/active the entire time, with the student of record clearly visible at all times! (Absolutely NO exceptions!!) Students MUST have a *RELIABLE* high-speed internet connection (100M bandwidth strongly recommended). Students must be familiar with using Zoom (a paid account is not necessary).

Course Description: Section 5-27(a)(5) of the Real Estate License Act of 2000 requires an applicant for licensure as a broker to provide satisfactory evidence of having completed 75 hours of instruction in real estate courses approved by the Department, 15 hours of which must consist of situational and case studies presented in the classroom or by live, interactive webinar or online distance education.
The courses will cover information on real estate math, concepts, brokerage, real property, contracts, the Illinois Real Estate License Act of 2000, financing, property management, appraisal, use controls for government and private land, fair housing, environmental issues, closing, and the updated TILA/RESPA information.

Dates/Times: June 15, 2024 – June 27, 2024. Class will meet 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Monday-Friday & 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM on Saturdays (both weeks).
