Prerequisite: To be eligible for the Illinois Managing Broker exam, students MUST have been ACTIVELY licensed as a Illinois Real Estate Broker for two out of the last three years, and complete the 45 Hour Managing Broker course.
This will register you for the LIVE IN-PERSON version of the 45-hour Managing Broker Pre-License Course package, scheduled to begin on January 7, 2025 and conclude on January 23, 2025. This includes the 30 Hour Topics course and the 15 Hour Applied Management and Supervision course, taught in a LIVE interactive environment, as one complete course. After completing this course and passing the Illinois Managing Broker exam, you will have met the complete Illinois retirement to upgrade your Broker License to a Managing Broker License.
